Found a watch I was interested in online that was being listed by Element iN Time NYC. Reached out to them directly and spoke to Houdini. He was my point of contact during the transaction. He was very professional, discussed the details of the watch I was interested in, and we worked on a trade as well. Everything went very smoothly and I was constantly updated throughout the entire transaction. From the shipping of my trade, receipt, and shipment of the new watch. I bought this Rolex new a couple of years ago from Luxury Sales Outlet. The process was pretty simple and the watch was beautiful. Relatively recently, it started running slow, so I sought advice from several watch shops here in Los Angeles and only got vague and contradictory advice about dealing directly with Rolex. I finally resolved to call Luxury Sales Outlet and was lucky enough to talk with Houdini. He immediately reassured me, sent me a fedex return label, and I sent the watch to him the same day. He took it to the Rolex Service Center the next day and corresponded with me by email with details and a lengthy time estimate.
All in all, the actual repair time was only a few weeks (far shorter than the original estimate) and I got the beauty back today. Houdini kept me informed the entire time and his attitude and demeanor were so outstanding, I actually feel like we’re friends or even family at this point.

Had a great experience with these guys last week when I purchased two pre owned pieces from them. I loved how we were able to flexibly book an appointment so that we could we could take our time and consider which watches I wanted. We had the store to ourselves, which was great. My wife was with me and was equally impressed with the experience. They laid out each watch along with timegrapher and waterproof data, which was a nice touch. I like how Roman and Nick are real watch people and have a passion and knowledge for watches you don’t get at the boutiques. Their prices are competitive, and they will work with you on bundles. One of the best watch purchasing experiences I’ve had.

I could not be happier with the entire process of obtaining a replacement for my family heirloom, which sadly was stolen from me.
